Task/Problem Overview
This document will go over how to view orders that have been assigned to a staging bin for some time. This will include any orders in Will Call, Pack and Hold and any staging bin locations within the warehouse.
Report
To view orders that have been assigned to a staging bin for some time you will first need to go to the reporting engine

Go to Reports> Reporting Engine

Next within the search bar enter “Stale”, then search

This report will be shown:

Stale Staging/Intransit Bin Analysis

Select Warehouse (if you have multiple)

Next, select the Process Type:

All - So all staging bins

Will Call
-
Pack & Hold
-
-
Lastly, enter how many days out you are looking to see as in these bins for more than 1 day, 5 days, etc.

The report will display based on your selected filters
- The report will be grouped by customer, and then display the order and the bin location it has been assigned to.
